Follow these Golden Rules to get the sleep you need:
1. Identify and meet your personal sleep requirement. For peak performance, that means at least 8 hours.

GREAT SLEEP STRATEGIES:
- Reduce stress
- Watch out for caffeine (after 2pm), chocolate, nicotine, liquor (within 3 hrs of bedtime), high aerobic exercise (within 3 hrs of bedtime)
- Sleep in a quiet, dark, cool room
- Quality mattress and pillow are important
- Put yourself in a relaxing atmosphere
